Guest House/Farm Manager
We’re looking for a reliable person to manage our farm house, which has 5 bedrooms for staycations. Your main goal is to make sure guests have a great experience and the property is well-maintained.
**What You’ll Do:**
- Welcome guests and ensure they enjoy their stay.
- Manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs for the 5 bedrooms.
- Keep the guest rooms and common areas clean and comfortable.
- Oversee the farm, including gardens.
- Supervise any staff, ensuring everyone works well together.
- Handle small repairs and arrange help for larger maintenance tasks.
- Track supplies and manage a simple budget.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- A positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people.
- Experience in hospitality or farming is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to do a bit of everything to keep the property running smoothly. |
